About this property

Walk to the beach! 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a loft.

  • Whole building and pool has been redone. Beautiful new heated pool and hot tub. The unit itself has had a complete kitchen renovation. There is a queen bed in each bedroom and 2 full size futons in the loft. The large wrap around top floor balcony gives amazing views of the lake, pool, dunes and partial view of the gulf. The beach is a short 125 yard walk and is one of the best spots in the area. Situated next to a state park, this gives you the opportunity to walk 10 minutes down the beach and be very secluded.
    Ideally situated among some of the finest beach communities on the Florida panhandle. Convenient access to dining, from casual to elegant; eclectic shopping, live entertainment, and friendly atmosphere.
