We invite you to stay at the perfect beach getaway in our highly sought after quiet resort of Gulf Place Caribbean, off of scenic Highway 30-A. It's free from high rise hotels, crowds, congestion and traffic, right in the middle of Destin and Seaside. We have a beautiful ocean view, the beach is located right across the street and over a boardwalk, about a 3 minute walk to our beach. Our 3rd floor condo has a balcony view that looks directly over a lake, and a private path that leads to the beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald waters of Santa Rosa Beach. This home away from home is furnished with all the basic necessities for relaxed living.

The inviting light and cheerful living area holds a very comfortable overstuffed sofa (sleeper) that seats 3, a new LA-Z- Boy recliner, cable TV with a new 32' Flat Screen LCD-HD-TV with built in dvd player, a stereo and cd player. The living area is open to the dining area and kitchen, and is great for relaxing or entertaining.
The kitchen has new cabinets and new granite counter tops and everything needed to make a large meal for the family. There's a full set of dishes, new pots and pans, new skillets, several sets of glasses, a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender, crock pot and just about every utensil needed. We even have a rolling igloo cooler that's handy for taking drinks poolside or to the beach. The dinning area is rather roomy, and has a table that can seat six. There are also two counter top chairs at the bar. It's just right for getting everyone together to reconnect and enjoy a meal with friends and family. Best of all, you can open the double French doors and enjoy the breathtaking views of the gulf from just about anywhere in the room, and at night, you can almost hear the waves rolling up on the shore.

The balcony on the back of the condo has a quiet, semi-private sitting area where you can watch our spectacular sunsets. There's comfortable seating for five and is perfect for your first morning cup of coffee, meals, games, or just relaxing.

The bedrooms are decorated in warm inviting colors and comfortably furnished. The master bedroom has a new KING SIZE bed with a new Tempur-Pedic Advantage Mattress, TWO Queen size beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with new flat Screen HD-TV's with cable and streaming capabilities. Both bedrooms have a bathroom. The second bedroom’s bathroom has an entrance from the bedroom and from the hall. The condo will sleep 6 adults comfortably. There are two bunk beds that will sleep two children. Kids just love the recessed bunk beds in the hall. There's plenty of room for the whole family, but it’s also cozy enough for two.

The snow white sandy beach here is quiet, scenic and clean. Great for walking, sunbathing, swimming and playing in the water, and of course making sandcastles. The beach is just a short walk across the street by way of a private sandy walkway.

When you’re ready for a break from the beach, there's quite a bit of other things to do. In the town’s center. There’s an outdoor amphitheater and large grassy area where you can play ball or Frisbee with the kids, or watch and listen to a scheduled concert on Sunday nights in the summer. If you like shopping you’ll love the charming clothes shops Gidget’s, SOHO, or Hepburn’s (to name a few), or the decadent bath and body shop Pachouli’s. Or check out our local artist’s wares at the Artist’s of Gulf Place outdoor kiosks. You’ll also find YOLO Bike Rentals that carries lots of different sized bikes and other outdoor water equipment for rent as well. You’ll also find a surf shop, spa, and pharmacy on the property. If you’re hungry, there’s the a wonderful Coffee Shop where you can find great coffee and desserts. For casual in or outdoor dining, there’s also the Perfect Pig Restaurant, Pizza By the Sea or Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar for some fantastic regional seafood plates that offer an upstairs terrace with fantastic views to the gulf. If you’d rather cook, there are quite a few convenient grocery stores nearby and Publix and Wal-Mart with-in a 10-15 minute drive.. There are a couple of fresh seafood markets right in the town of Santa Rosa Beach also. Goatfeathers is about 2 miles (on 30A), and the best fish market around. You can eat there or take it back to the condo.

The Beaches of South Walton represent the nation's best beaches with its miles of unspoiled shoreline and natural habitat. It is designated as the only place in the country to receive the Blue Wave Environmental Certification from the Clean Beaches Council for all 26 miles of its coastline.
