Visit Seagrove! — this is a beautiful condo directly on the beach. Seagrove Beach is a heavenly place right in the heart of 30A. Seagrove Beach is a quiet neighborhood between well-known Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Our area is considered a private beach, and our guests enjoy a complimentary beach chair set up for two, gulf-front views daily, plus the gorgeous sun setting right outside on the white, sugary sands each night.

Seagrove Beach allows guests to unwind, lessen their worries for the day, and quietly get back to nature. Just one row of chairs on our private beach and no hassles. Guests enjoy renting bikes from 30A Bike Rental right on the corner and biking to Seaside’s town center within minutes, or some even walk the beach straight to Seaside!

CONDO DETAILS
The logistics of the condo offer all the basics plus a few extras! Within the kitchen, you’ll find a complete set of pots and pans, all utensils and plates, etc., which you’ll need in your gulf front kitchen to whip up a meal. We have an oversized counter bar with high-back chairs for eating inside or a white bar top table and chairs on the balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room so you don’t miss the sparkling emerald water views. In this room, you’ll see a small sofa and two high-back chairs to relax in, plus a TV with Netflix. The queen master bedroom has a DVD TV combo, a large closet to hang your clothes, and a small dresser.

BEACH DETAILS:
Our beach is PRIVATE and comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella from March til October annually.

We invite you to come to the Emerald Coast to experience the simple pleasures of beach time. Restaurants are close by, and we recommend ( as well as our guests) Bud and Ally's in Seaside Proper for a quick lunch with a fantastic Gulf view. Cafe Thirty-A from 5-6 is a two-for-one deal with a fabulous dining atmosphere, and Florida Fish House makes excellent sushi and jazz plays on the weekends. There are numerous options, but these are the faves around Seagrove.

Week Long Getaway

This property was perfect for my sister and I to get away for the week. I loved the close and easy access to the beach, the chair and umbrella service, and being able to see the gorgeous view from the living room and balcony. We are long time visitors to 30A and have stayed at various locations throughout the years but this one has easily become our favorite thus far. We will definitely be back next year!

Nice condo. Great ocean view. Since it was winter, we could watch both sunrise and sunst over the Gulf. Nice,quiet area (at least in winter). Very convenient to restaurants, bars, etc. Condo seemed to have all we needed.

A beautiful place to be!!!

This beautiful condo offered everything I needed for a beach getaway. The condo is so beautifully decorated and clean. The beach is so close, I could sit on that balcony watching the water forever. Our stay was awesome!!! The location and the rental are why we are return guests. We enjoy the 1st floor space and stepping out onto the white sand of the gulf. The chairs and umbrella provided are awesome for guests.The only problem is the living room smart TV does not work properly. The TV would not keep an internet connection for any length of time and when it did the TV channels are not usable (the NCAA basketball tourney games for men's and women's were not available because the live TV feed does not include regular channels).

Beautiful unit! View was awesome. Great having the chairs set up on the beach. Host Patty was wonderful! We had a small hiccup during our stay (our issue, not hers); she was responsive even though it was a Saturday night and so gracious. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect place to kick back and relax. The view of the ocean was amazing. Getting down to the beach was easy, just a little flight of stairs and you’re there. Very safe and private beach. if you are looking to have a beautiful beach at your doorstep

I figured if I was going to drive 1000 miles to start my Florida vacation, why wouldn't I want to be right on the water? Welcoming sugar white sands, uncrowded beaches and an endless expanse of water. The waves said turn off TV's, unplug your phones this is better than anything else you can do. The water, the ease of parking, the amenities and comfort were second to none!

If you are looking for a fantastic place to get away from it all, you can’t go wrong here. The condo offers fantastic views and comfortable place to stay when you and not on the beautiful, private beach. Theirs is a lot to love about the place and Patty, the owner, is the best! Wow

This is a first floor unit, which is amazing when it sits right on the beach!! You can sit on your balcony and watch the kids play if needed. The proximity to the ocean truly cannot be beat. We only sleep in our accommodations choosing to venture out whenever possible. The unit is compact but didn’t feel to small. Granted we never ate a meal there (there is only a counter top) but otherwise we were very comfortable. Our host was so kind and helpful during check-in. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. We hope to be back!!
