This recently renovated apartment features high speed wifi, 100% cotton sheets, new high end appliances and additions, from Samsung to Oster and a private cinema with Roku, Netflix, multiple streaming options. There is a very large and clean community swimming pool, gym, conference center, steam room, sauna, basketball, and volleyball court. There is also secure parking for your vehicle, and covered parking for a motorcycle if you need it. Each bedroom has a very large closet for storage and mountain views. Master bedroom has a private bathroom. Balcony has an active hummingbird feeder and safety railing. All appliances are name brand and brand new. There is an assistant who lives next door and can help with anything else you may need, including groceries, vehicle rentals, etc. There is also a 24 hour private grocery store attached to the building.

Please don't forget to water the plants every day and refill the hummingbird feeder with 1 part sugar 4 parts filtered water (both provided).
