"Its what you expect for a budget friendly hotel , The food is very basic and not a huge selection the hotel itself needs a lot off work done it’s very dated and the shower leaks everywhere in the bathroom when running, the walk to the beach is about 15-20 minutes from the hotel but there is taxis about or the hotel can call them but on another note the staff are really helpful and there is two pools which are very clean and the hotel is around loads off shops and food places so good location"

"The hotel was ok. It looked clean ect, the room was a little on the dirty inside. Dusty floors ect. Didnt stop us having a good time. The boys down at the bar were a great laugh and looked after me well. Alan, Marc, Robert and Pablo. "Lovely hotel to finish our holiday after a Mediterranean cruise. Facilities were excellent. The location was perfect. The pool area looking out over the beach was stunning. The reception staff were really freindly and super helpful, a credit to the hotel. Also a really nice breakfast buffet well worth the cost. I would use this hotel again."

"Coming from Canada, we are used to go to All Inclusive and we were well aware the experience would be different. we wanted to enjoy beach time European style and we were not disappointed. Nice property, clean grounds, nice pools. You do not need to have dinner at the hotel, there are multiple choices outside the hotel. However, we had dinner at the hotel a couple of nights and it was great. The only down, which we knew was that you have to walk a block, and under the train rails (a tunnel) to make it to the beach."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
