On a spacious living area of 280 m² you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with dining area. Due to the large windows, all rooms are flooded with light and the thoroughly bright and stylish furnishings complete the comfortable atmosphere. From the fantastic private pool, you have a fantastic view of the mountains and can barbecue here in the fresh air. Maresme is a region known for its miles of sandy beaches and charming coastal towns like Calella with its lighthouse and Sant Pol de Mar, whose beaches are adorned with small fishing boats.

Séjour agréable

La villa était magnifique. Des chambres spacieuses , une cuisine bien équipée , et de la literie parfaite. Le seul moins ce serait l’accès au garage qui peut s’averer difficile pour une grande voiture
