"we stayed 5 nights. Although it seems that the hotel is not full, the receptionist refused to give us an upgrade to see view room. Room was comfortable, but bed is not very comfortable. On the contrary to the reception, the staff in the bar and on the terrace with the pool was very friendly and helpful, especially the life guard boy(I don't know his name) who gave us many tips of local interest, where to eat as a local, what is worth visiting, where to shop... "We held a family reunion at Marilena and Sylvia‘s place and everyone had a great time. It is clean, welcoming, nearby sights such as Catania and Aetna are easily reached, pool area was just perfect for us and the garden is incredibly beautiful. "The check in process was pretty seamless with us receiving a WhatsApp with the exact location and some pictures to assist in finding the spot. We were also greeted by Carla who gave us everything we needed - including assistance in planning our days out. The apartment was comfortable and quiet on the whole.
