"Our room did not have electricity for the second bedroom. The hotel was aware of the issue prior to our booking and failed to fix before booking us. There was no power to the TV, lamps or any outlets in the room. The bathroom light and vent also went out. "

"Hotel was ok, what made my experience terrible was the management . I had reserved 2 rooms for 5 persons and 2 days before my trip they called me and said that they had to cancel my reservation because the Hotel was gonna be under maintenance, which was a lie. The wanted to resale rooms for a higher price because of a big Concert. They only gave me one room and it was suppose to be one bed with a sofa-bed and it didn't had a sofa-bed it had a couch, for 5 persons, it was ridiculous. My husband has to sleep in the truck bacause they're was no way we could fit in the room."
