"Initially, I was staying under another reservation and the rooms on the 6th floor were fine. I eventually got my own room on the 3rd floor, which looks like it was the worst room in hotel. The side tables were full of dust, looks like the room wasn't used or dusted in ages. The safety lock was broken off, I had to put a chair under the door handle to feel safe. The body wash holder in the bathroom was broken and the grout in-between the tiles in the shower was brown. The corridor was mostly dark and sometimes the light didn't come on until I got towards the elevator. I don't know if I pissed off the wrong person or something, but they gave me this crappy room. The breakfast was great though, especially the fresh fruits."

"I’d rate my stay 3/5. For the price, I personally would not stay here again. The location was okay, but nothing particularly outstanding. The front desk staff was nice, welcoming, and courteous, and the cleaning lady was kind and helpful when I asked for fresh towels. The amenities were average. There is a nice view from the top floor, but unfortunately the windows were very dirty, which took away from the experience and blocked the view. Breakfast was one of the most disappointing parts of the stay. It was very Colombian-style, which may be fine for some guests, but I wish there had been more variety with options like pancakes, regular eggs, oatmeal, or other simple breakfast items. The fried snacks I tried were cold and hard. Items were not replenished quickly enough, so guests had to wait, and even after waiting, the food still was not warm. The breakfast area also felt a bit unorganized; napkins were not easy to find, and some staff seemed to be standing around chit chatting awkwardly while items were missing. The room size was good, but small details made the stay feel less comfortable, including scratches on the walls and nightstands, stained pillows, and stained towels. Overall, while the staff was friendly, the room condition, cleanliness details, breakfast organization, and food quality did not match the price point for me."

"The room was great! The hotel has a lot of character and is really unique! The staff was always pleasant and helpful as well! The only issues we ran into was that there was construction going on the hotel that would always start early morning, then there were also some issues with the water and it was unavailable. Other than that, it was an amazing stay and we'd be happy to come back! Maybe next time we can leave a 5 star rating!!"

They made us feel like family, and were doing everything in their hands to please us... what a great example of customer service! We highly recommend this place. "
