"We've stayed at the Royal Copenhagen for several years and it's one hotel that is constantly improving. This time we noticed hot water on demand; improved shower head and a mat for the shower floor to keep you from slipping. They are very responsive when you ask for anything, like extra towels. Staff is very friendly. I wish they had conditioner, along with the shampoo and they had bins for recycling. The location is perfect, in downtown. You can walk to anywhere you'd want to go. Overall, we were once again pleased with the Royal Copenhagen.."
