"Ac wasn’t working, for basically 2 days. Communication is very difficult, all is done through WhatsApp text and rarely you have a real person on the other side. They only gave us 2 bath towels and one hand towel, they charge you extra for another set. The unit wasn’t very clean and bed sheets have spots all over. I will not go back !"

"Tive uma dificuldade inicial de me comunicar com a anfitriã. No quarto havia uma cama de casal de 138cm, difícil de acomodar dois adultos, e alguns móveis estavam descolando bordas e até laterais. As gavetas do roupeiro estava emperradas. São pequenos detalhes que após resolvido fazem uma diferença enorme. Estrutura do condomínio e localização são impecáveis. "

"You rent a room in a three bedroom apartment. The check-in and accessing the property is pretty simple and you get to keep the keys to go in and out during your stay. The room has a ceiling fan, no AC. The window faces a busy street and it could get noisy. The area is one of my favorite areas in SP but it could look a bit sketchy at night. You will have access to lots of good restaurants and bars all minutes away. SP is very LGBT friendly and this area even more."
