Primero de todo: La habitación que se oferta en Hoteles.com, la doble premium en concreto, NO se corresponde con la habitación que te entregan. Y no es ligeramente distinta. Es que no tiene nada que ver. De hecho, no habríamos reservado nunca jamás algo así. El internet que se oferta es de 250 megas garantizados. En realidad no llega a 60, y es imposible trabajar. Algo que también nos ha afectado de manera negativa e inesperada. Se anuncia calefacción/aire acondicionado. Esto es también falso. No hay termostato por lo que NO se puede controlar la temperatura de la habitación. Las mantas también son muy finas y de calidad baja. Hay elementos de la habitación con pintura levantada y descascarillada. No hay commodities más allá de vasos de plástico que se rompen con solo agarrarlos. La luz de la habitación es blanca/azul. Parece una tontería, pero no es relajante, y es molesto que en las fotografías de las habitaciones utilizan iluminación cálida. Un sinsentido y otro engaño más. Es un hotel al que de no ser por la ubicación, 2 estrellas le quedan grandes. No hablemos ya de 4. Y lo peor es que no hay ningún encargado para dar la cara ante tantísima deficiencia.
