"This hotel is excellent. Small and quaint with a beautiful hidden garden off a private terrace. Very close to the down town. Wonderfully kept property. Lovely staff and Paola is the best. She helped us find amazing restaurants and the best sites to see. Incredibly kind and knowledgable and thoughtful. Paola even helped us with a restaurant in another town on our trip, after we had to leave the hotel. Thank you so much Paola!"

"Honestly the best holiday I’ve been on for years. The Accomodation was affordable, adult friendly with the pool too it was great. I even missed my flight on way out to Menorca so ended up getting a later one which meant I arrived like 6 hours after check in time. So I contacted the property via phone. "Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno. La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido. Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking.
