Fantastic hotel with lots of possibilities for adults and children. Restaurants with top food, excellent sports facilities. Kids Club and Teens Club offer plenty of program elements for kids. I recommend to make pre-arrangements for the restaurants as well as the kids program.

It was our second time at an IKOS resort, different location. It’s always beautifully done and great staff everywhere. The views are breathtaking. It could do better with a better map, so we can understand the extent promptly.

The Most Absolutely Stunning Resort I’ve Ever Experienced I’ve traveled to many places, but nothing — absolutely nothing — compares to the incredible experience I had at this resort. From the first moment I arrived to the day I checked out, everything was pure perfection. The Resort Itself: The setting is straight out of a luxury travel magazine. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, the views are simply unforgettable — think crystal-clear waters, serene landscapes, and sunsets that feel like a personal gift from the universe. Every corner of the property is impeccably maintained, stylishly designed, and effortlessly luxurious. My accommodation was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, the balcony views were unreal . It felt like home, if your home happened to be a five-star sanctuary. The Service: What truly made this stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality. I want to give special recognition to Skerdi and Eugenia, two of the most professional, kind, and genuinely helpful managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make sure every part of my stay was smooth, comfortable, and perfect. Their attention to detail and warm personalities made me feel not just like a guest, but truly valued. Chaira - was always there to assist, and she made a big difference in making my time enjoyable. Great hotel with incredibly friendly staff. All wishes are fulfilled. Food and drinks are excellent. The all-inclusive concept is outstanding. The only downside, which is truly annoying: What German tourists are to a 3 or 4-star hotel in Mallorca (reserving sun loungers with towels early in the morning, having no table manners at meals, and drinking too much at the hotel bar), the English luxury guests are to the IKOS. It’s hard to understand how, in this luxury segment, people reserve sun loungers with personal items by 9 AM, only to show up around 11:30 AM. As for table manners, you can only shake your head. I would have never thought that, even in the luxury sector, good manners could be such a foreign concept.

Als erstes muss man sagen, dass das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist. Das Essen ist im Grossen und ganz gut. Pilates und Yoga Stunden waren auch sehr gut. Schöne Anlage.. Doch hier stimmt die Preis Leistung nicht. Wenn wir ins Restaurant a la cart essen wollten, mussten wir non stop via WhatsApp reservieren. Meistens waren die Restaurants fully booked oder wie haben keine Antwort erhalten. Uns ging es einfach auf die Nerven diesen Restaurant Reservationen hinterher zu rennen. Wenn man den Tesla reservieren will, auch nicht verfügbar. Doch komischerweise stehen die Autos vor dem Hotel. Zimmer sind nicht für 5 Sterne Hotel Standard.. unter Luxus für diesen Preis verstehen wir etwas anderes.

Tolles Luxushotel für Familien. Sehr zu empfehlen. Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten sicherlich noch besser sein. Fazit: Für 800 EUR pro Nacht nicht günstig, aber hohes Niveau in allen Bereichen. (Pool, SPA, Restaurant, …) Am Ende erkauft man sich auch ein Stück Freiheit und Entspanntheit.
