Residencia Cala Dorada in Cala D'Or

Great ground-floor apartment in a wonderful, well-maintained vacation complex with a fantastic pool. Just a few minutes’ walk from two beaches, shopping, and restaurants.
The apartment spans just under 100 square meters and features an approximately 16-square-meter covered terrace and a private garden area. It is located in the Cala Egos district of the wonderful resort town of Cala D’Or, with its beautiful marina.

The layout:
Our apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the kitchen-living room, you have direct access to the terrace and the private garden area. From there, you also have access to the common areas and the pool. There are changing rooms and restrooms by the pool. Each apartment has 2 lounge chairs available, which can be used on the lawn or by the pool. Of course, there is also a pool area for children.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The dining area seats 4 people.

One bedroom and the living room each have a TV with satellite connection for German channels.

Each bathroom has a toilet, sink, and either a shower or bathtub.

There is a washing machine in the utility room.

The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms.

Of course, there is also a private Wi-Fi connection in the apartment. In addition, the pool area is equipped with Wi-Fi.

High chairs, travel cribs, and children’s tableware are available in the apartment for our younger guests.
