Right from check in with out deluxe concierge Miriam , we had a flawless experience and enjoyed the delicious food , wine and cocktails . The seasons bar is amazing and the staff there go out of their way to spoil you . We felt very lucky to have them . The spa is beautiful and very peaceful . Highly recommend to anyone looking to be spoiled and have a special holiday . "

"The hotel is located at a convenient area in Cala dor right In front of bus stop and close by taxis. My only complaint was the pool towel situation, you can only exchange on certain days and with cold weather your left with wet towels. The staff was polite and clean over all. "
