"Friendly helpful staff "

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The staff are always friendly, the breakfast is great and caters for all tastes. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-kept. The grounds are also well maintained by what seems an army of gardeners. There is plenty of parking. One negative though, which my partner always comments on, is the unevenness of the carpet in the bar area, her being not so clever on her pins, is always weary of trip hazards."

"Parking right in the hotel which is crucial in Nazare. The parking lot is tight and the spots are close together, so you have to be careful. But it is underground and safe. The hotel had friendly staff and a great bartender. We enjoyed the location being so close to main tourist area and near both quick food options and restaurants. We enjoyed strolling along and shopping at the shops and the beach was really close as well. The pool required pool caps which is so old fashioned and weird! We use the pool even though it was warm enough outside, because we were not going to wear swimming caps just to dip in and cool off. We loved it! Breakfast was fantastic with so many choices, and the food was prepared deliciously. The coffee was amazing! Lots of families were staying there, and it seemed to be a good location for families. "

"Wonderful hotel with excellent rooms, breakfast quality, super helpful staff. Hotel run by owners who are dedicated to service and quality. "

"Fabulous views of castle from room 305, which has a little Juliette balcony. There’s also a rooftop honesty bar on 2nd floor well set up with good number of seating options either covered or in the sun. Nice self serve breakfast too. Great location walkable to town and restaurants. Free Parking is available very close to hotel.. "
