200m² villa for 10 people with exceptional sea views, facing the island of Batz, just 10 meters from the beach. Access for people with reduced mobility (lift). 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 WCs, 2 separate, large fully equipped terrace facing south (deckchairs, barbecue), double garage with electric doors, enclosed garden with gate and digital code access, direct access to the beach, bicycles, billiards, beds will be made upon arrival.

A deposit of 1000 euros will be requested on your arrival and will be refunded after checking the inventory.

We have just had a magical stay in Santec. The photos really don't do the house and the location justice. Yvonne had gone to a big effort to make sure the house was spotless on arrival and had put fresh flowers in the house and made 40 fresh crepes along with jam and marmalade. The holiday far surpassed expectations

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la belle maison d'Yvonne Glidic avec une vue fantastique sur la mer. Elle nous a reçu très chaleureusement avec toutes sortes de cadeaux de bienvenue comme des crêpes maison, de la confiture maison, du cidre et des pommes de terre et oignons du terroir de son fils. La maison est entièrement équipée, rien ne manque. Le lave-vaisselle est tombé en panne pendant notre séjour, Yvonne en a rapidement arrangé un nouveau ! Merci pour tout! Nous aimerions revenir!

A fantastic house directly located at the sea. Great view on the ocean. The house is very well equipped with all necessary items and also possible to prepare nice dinner at the house in all variations. We were cordially received by the host with a warm welcome and a fantastic creation of homemade Crepes. Delicious!!! Also the vegetables box! All in all a fantastic holiday and nothing to complain.

There is something very special about this house - never before have I been emotional about having to leave a holiday home! The situation of the house is idyllic. The view of the beach/sea from the lounge changes from hour to hour, so you can sit there every day and see something different, it is truly magical. Access to the beach is at the bottom of the garden and you can walk for miles, build sand castles, fly kites or bathe... it's wonderful. The house is fully equipped for someone in a wheelchair with a lift to the first floor where you will find 3 bedrooms (two kings and a twin) and two bathrooms. There are a further two bedrooms on the second floor accessible by the stairs (a double and a twin). The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms have cupboards stuffed full of fluffy towels for your use. The house also has a pool table in a huge games room with toys for younger children too... we spent many a happy hour having pool cometitions! The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you would wish for (the best kitchen ever) and in the garage you will find a large selection of adult and kids bikes, as well as beach towels, body boards, beach games and a kite! Outside you have a patio at the front and one at the back (which is a suntrap) where you can eat out or sunbathe privately on the sun loungers. The host Mme Glidic is lovely and very helpful, but French is definitely needed to get the most information from her. I would return here in a heartbeat.

We have stayed in this property a few times, it is comfortable and well equipped, with plenty of space, inside and out. The view from the lounge is beautiful and ever changing, with easy access to the beach, through a gate at the end of the garden. We are always made to feel very welcome by the owner. It's a perfect place to relax and recharge.

La maison est exceptionnelle : spacieuse, joliment décorée, entièrement équipée et superbement située avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas! La propreté est irréprochable, les chambres sont super douillettes avec des couettes moelleuses et des draps qui sentent bon la lessive, les salles de bain sont fonctionnelles et dotées de serviettes en suffisance, la cuisine est équipée de tout ce qu'il faut et plus encore, la pièce de vie permet d'accueillir tout le monde sans se sentir à l'étroit. Pour les espaces extérieurs, tout est également prévu : vélos, jeux d'extérieur, mobilier de jardin. Il y a beaucoup de chouettes coins à découvrir dans les environs proches. La cerise sur le gâteau : l'accueil chaleureux d'Yvonne avec de délicieuses crêpes bretonnes pour toute la famille et de jolis bouquets de fleurs!

Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut unschlagbar. Man ist sofort am riesengroßen Strand und hat das Meer immer präsent. Das Haus ist vollständig eingerichtet und auch in den beiden Bädern und der Küche fehlt nichts. Es gibt eine große Garage mit allem, was man braucht (kleiner Drachen, Sandspielzeug, Fahrräder, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Grill...), ein Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch und Kinderspielsachen und eine sehr schöne Terrasse hinter dem Haus, wo man auch windgeschützter sitzen kann. Die Wiese in Richtung Strand ist riesig und eignet sich super, um z.B. Ball zu spielen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, immer zu erreichen und versorgen ihre Gäste mit selbst angebautem Gemüse - zur Begrüßung gab es sogar Cidre und selbstgemachte Crepes. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt - vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette merveilleuse maison ! Premièrement, la situation est extraordinaire: on vit avec la mer en permanence, qu'on peut admirer inlassablement à travers 3 immenses baies vitrées qui révèlent les rochers de l'île de Batz, spectacle ravissant et changeant sans cesse au gré des marées et de la lumière. Ensuite, la maison est très agréable: les espaces intérieurs comme extérieurs sont vastes, elle est particulièrement bien équipée, il ne manque absolument rien et la décoration, sobre et contemporaine, est très réussie. Les environs sont splendides: on peut faire d'innombrables balades en bord de mer dans un rayon de 30 km autour (la baie de Morlaix est vraiment à découvrir...). Mais nous avons apprécié par dessus tout la gentillesse d'Yvonne et toutes ses petites attentions: de très beaux bouquets dans la maison, à disposition: le linge, les légumes frais de l'exploitation familiale, des crêpes délicieuses à notre arrivée, du bois à volonté pour la cheminée et j'en passe... C'est la 1ère fois que nous sommes accueillis de la sorte, et pourtant nous louons ensemble une maison en Bretagne à cette période depuis de nombreuses années. Alors, allez-y les yeux fermés: comme nous, vous serez comblés ! Merci, Yvonne, ce n'est pas dans nos habitudes mais nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

Einfach perfekt. Tolles Haus in super Lage, bestens ausgestattet. Dazu eine sehr nette, gastfreundliche Vermieterin. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille dans cette maison magnifique, idéalement située, avec une vue spectaculaire et des aménagements très confortables. Notre hôtesse nous a fait un accueil excellent et est restée très disponible en cas de besoin tout au long du séjour. Une maison ou l'on a très envie de revenir.

A superb and well equipped property with a fantastic view. Although we didn’t need it, this property is disabled friendly and includes a lift to the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms. Thanks for the unexpected extras of bikes, full sized pool table and the game of Mölkky (now in order for home 😊). It was a pleasure to meet you Yvonne and Olivier. Sorry our French speaking was so poor. Thanks for providing the Nespresso and all the vegetables.

Yvonne and Oliver's house was perfect for our stay. Our group of 9 adults had enough room to stay for a week. The house has everything you need. The photos do not do it justice!! The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and the lounge was beautiful with the ever changing sea views. The beds we made and very comfortable. There we lots of towels and beach towels were provided as well. The large garage accommodated our seven motorcycles with ease. There is a nice outside seating area though patio doors off the kitchen, which you don't see in the photos. There is a little bar 150 meters down the lane and you can walk to the village where there is another bar and boulangerie. Yvonne and Oliver were lovely, they left us some home grown salad and veg and even put some flowers in the house. Thank you Yvonne and Oliver we had a fantastic hoilday, we highly recommend your house.. Lesley and Paul

La maison est vraiment très chouette avec un accès direct à la plage sans route à traverser, parfait lorsque l’on séjourne avec des enfants. La maison est très bien équipée, lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, cheminée avec bois à disposition.... Le séjour donne sur une grande terrasse avec cette vue magnifique. Il y avait même de nombreux bouquets de fleurs fraîches dans la maison, et des légumes à notre arrivée. Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables et font tout pour que le séjour reste très agréable. Nous étions 3 familles avec enfants. Je recommande vivement cette location

The property was extremely well equipped and very nicely presented, the photographs do not do it justice. It accommodated the seven of us easily, with the bonus of a games room and a choice of outside spaces. The view from the lounge was stunning, an ever changing spectacle of colour and light, which was very relaxing. The beach was easily accessible from the property, as was the village, the bikes provided were a good way of exploring the local area. Yvonne and Olivier made us extremely welcome, and we thoroughly enjoyed the home grown produce left for us. We had one wet and windy day and decided to light the fire, again this was well catered for. Thank you for a memorable holiday in a lovely property and wonderful location, we are already discussing when we are all able to return.

Tout d'abord l'excellence dans l'accueil des propriétaires, gentillesse et aux petits soins, franchement et sans retenues je considère que cette location fait partie du haut de gamme et mérite ses ***** étoiles, une vue époustouflante comme une carte postale à 180°...des lits confortables, salle à manger très spacieuse , tout est fait pour la commodité d'un séjour parfait , Barbecue standing, cuisine et accessoires au complet, billard américain pour la détente, très grand parking, le plus un ascenseur pour les personnes handicapés ou surcharge de poids...une télévision de luxe, en résumé : le TOP , grand Luxe et le + la mer à 30m...des vacances comme ont en rêvent !!! je finirais par un grand merci à Madame et M.GLIDIC pour leur attention et amabilité..on reviendra c'est sur !!!
