Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

House no longer available

After arriving in the Dominican Republic from traveling all day I found out that this house is no longer available and has not been for the past 2 years even though it is still on your website! Then after that contacting your customer service agents and having to jump through all kinds of hoops to get my money back is ridiculous
