The home also includes an outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. The house has very reliable power and has an inverter to ensure the home is powered if the electricity goes out.
It is a 4 bedroom home with 4.5 bathrooms and 5 beds. The Villa can accommodate up to 10 people. It has a family room, a downstairs living room, and an upstairs living room. The house has a full kitchen, with a gas stove, oven, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, full dishes set, and glassware.
The first floor has one bedroom with a full-sized bed and 1.5 full bathroom. The first floor has a full kitchen and dining room set for 8-10 people. It also has an outdoor kitchen and dining area. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms. Upstairs, the Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, AC, fans, closet, TV, and a private bathroom with a balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed with AC, fans, TV, and a private bath. The 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom share a balcony on the second floor viewing the green area. The 3rd bedroom has two queen size beds, with fans, AC, closet, TV, and a private bath. On the backside of the home, the balcony has a pool view and the front balcony attached to the master bedroom has a view of the city. There is also a big living room on the second floor to enjoy.

Everything you need can be delivered to the house. Grocery store, convenience store, pharmacy, liquor, and restaurants all deliver. Guests will get fresh towels and linens every 4 days of their stay.
