Great location just poor timing with the riots. It's in a residential tower and the front desk called the lady looking after the apartments. We met her at the room and she gave us the key. She did not speak english so had to use google translate to make sure everything was ok. Wifi dropped in and out but otherwise no problems, also has a cool rooftop area to chill.

Lindo departamento, muy bien ubicado.

En general el departamento es cómodo por su ubicación y tamaño. Lo malo a destacar: la cochera la cobran aparte cl$12000 (el cual me pareció mucho por noche); la iluminación: tiene focos pequeños y no se ve bien en algunos sectores como el comedor; y por último el microondas arriba de la heladera, hace que sea difícil calentar la comida -ya que hay que girarlo para poder abrirlo con el riesgo que se caiga.-

the Checkout was at 12pm and the owner entered to the apartment before 10am to take the towels while I was out of the apartment, when I came back I couldn’t find the towels to take a shower! I called her and she was very rude, she took the towels! this is definitely a place where you don’t want to stay! Not privacy! Not safety! And zero respect!

Poorly maintained - nothing like photos

While location is great and the staff were helpful, the condition of the appartment was very poor and not at all as represented in the photos. No lights in fixtures (both bedrooms had one bulb in a fixture with three lights for example, and poor lighting throughout. The sheets and towels were threadbare and general condition of the rooms was poor with missing kick boards, showers held together with tape and string, mould in bathrooms, etc. The whole appartment needs work.

Estive no feriado de carnaval no apartamento 1614 do prédio A primeira coisa que tem que ficar mais clara é que a administração desses apartamentos AMS não fica no apartamento e a portaria não se responsabiliza por nada, visto que na verdade é um prédio residencial e apenas alguns apartamento são da AMS para locação. O Wifi só funciona na sala do apartamento e apenas em uma parte dela e mesmo onde funciona o sinal é péssimo, tornando impossível pesquisas e comunicação para os que não compram chip local. Visto que por ser um prédio residencial também não tem wifi nas áreas comuns. O chuveiro e banheiro estão em péssimas condições, não conseguimos tomar banho no primeiro dia, porque o chuveiro estava estragado e mesmo após consertarem continuou ruim. As toalhas são todas velhas e rasgadas e não é fornecido nenhum tipo de amenities para o banheiro. A unica coisa boa é a localização, que é perfeita.

Boa localização, apto mediano.

Boa localização para quem pretende fazer turismo a pé pelo Centro histórico e cultural. Boas opções de restaurante e proximidade com metrô (fácil locomoção). Quanto ao apto, edifício um pouco antigo pouco antigo. Limpeza diária e com troca de toalhas, mas quem é exigente poderá questionar. Cozinha montada, permite refeições no apto, uma vez que não tem café da manhã. Existe dois mercados muito próximos que facilita o dia a dia.

A pocas cuadras de la Moneda y plaza de Armas, hay q avisar si uno va con auto para pedir estacionamiento (se cobra aparte) y es cómodo por qué uno tiene el metro cerca para moverse tranquilo por la ciudad

Tranquila, salvo dos interrupciones a la noche que quisieron entrar con llave con nosotros adentro. Avisamos a seguridad del edificio y no se volvió a repetir. Faltaría una mesa para comer, hay un desayunador muy lindo, todo lo demás impecable.

Good central location, but below average

Photographs lie to you: no indoor pool, outside pool was in dismal condition (see pics) and worse, the porter said everyone asked the same questions! Wall to wall carpet was terribly dirty and bathrooms and kitchen are badly aged, these people should consider updating!
