Good accommodation, close to downtown.

The location of the hotel and facilities are good. But bed sheets are not cleaned for new clients. I found hairs of previous guests on pillow covering and bed sheet. Clean bed sheets and pillow covering should be provided for new guests.

A localização é perfeita, mas o quarto estava imundo, parecia que não faziam a limpeza há muito tempo. Ficamos duas diárias, fomos para outra cidade e depois voltaríamos para o mesmo apartamento, no entanto preferimos cancelar (já que era sem custo) e ir para outro apartamento.

Quase um acampamento!

Estava escrito, limpeza do quarto limitada, porém o correto seria: Sem limpeza, toalhas velhas e minusculas, a de banho era do tamanho para crianças e a de rosto do tamanho de um lenço de bolso (detalhe, só tinha uma); dizem que tinha artigos de banho, porém só tinha um vidro de sabonete liquido, não tinha shampoo, condicionador e nem sabonete propriamente dito.

A Paula que nos atende pelo whats é muito atenciosa, mas um dos inconvenientes é que se você tiver qualquer problema com o apartamento, precisa escrever para ela e aguardar para que resolva no dia seguinte. O senhor que atende na portaria é bem antipático e não te dá qualquer informação. Os apartamentos são gelados e nem sempre dispõem de aquecedor. O melhor é a localização, pois fica pertinho da linha principal do metrô e do centro histórico. Se locar, dê preferência pelo apartamento menor e mais barato. Ele é bem melhor. Melhor posição solar e bem mais confortável do que é mais caro e parece mais bonito.
