Very noisy building, looks like they had a remodelation in upper floors, no hot water in shower, other guests running and shouting in the middle of night in corridors without any staff asking them to be quiet

Buena estadía
Aunque corta (1 noche) no hubo mayor problema, salvo un edificio que están construyendo junto al hotel que eliminará cualquier vista al cerro San Cristóbal, una pena. Nosotros nos quedamos en el piso 6, quizás el edificio siga teniendo vistas norte en los pisos superiores. El desayuno, impecable, nada que decir. Se agradece además el amplio espacio de estacionamiento.

Great location but had a couple of inconveniences Bathroom fan didn’t work, ac didn’t work, no glasses provided and very small closet space with three hangers. The parking garage ramp is very steep, if you have a low vehicle it will hit the bottom several times on your way up and down the ramp. Parking must be validated every time you exit the lot. My stay wasn’t that long so I didn’t bring these up. However, we were taking a rest at about 4:30 pm when someone opened our door and walked in! It was housekeeping staff without knocking and after the room had already been cleaned. All in all the location and price are great if you don’t mind a few downsides.

Pegadinha, eu minha esposa e minha filha de 1 ano… opcao de duas camas de solteiro ou uma de casal. Nos alugaram sabendo disso… Pedi um colchão extra e o funcionário disse q estava todo lotado, nao tinha como. Fiz uma caminha com varios cobertores, pois miito perigoso dormir entre nos… Mais tarde fiquei indignado com a privada entupida, mostrei também fotos da suite suja, e nos deram 2 opções de troca de suite… mas a principio estaca todo lotado. Elevadores ruins, não obedecem comando, uma vergonha… fujam, irresponsáveis e inconsequentes.

Hotel no frío De Santiago, sem água quente!!!
Ótima localização, no bairro de Providência em Santiago! A poucos passos da estação de metrô Manuel Mont, linha 1 vermelha! O hotel não está preparado para receber famílias! Estávamos em 3 pessoas e todos os dias não colocavam 3 toalhas! A resposta na recepção era de que estão acostumados a receber 2 hóspedes! Fui em julho, temporada de frio, e não tinha água quente quase nenhum dia para tomar banho! A resposta na recepção era de um erro nas caldeiras do hotel! Desligaram a água quente por completo um dia, das 23h00 às 06h00 do outro dia e mesmo assim no banho a quantidade de água era muito pequena e sem esquentar! O hotel deveria ter uma estrutura para atender os turistas antes do check in, que só inicia às 14h00. Praticamente todos os voos do Brasil chegam no período da madrugada! Os brasileiros são a grande maioria de turistas no Chile! Todos os hotéis tem kit de café da manhã para que os turistas possam sair para os passeios antes do horário do café! Este não tem! No geral, o preço do hotel é à cima das expectativas!
