The Space:
The apartment is distributed as follows: on the first floor, we find the living room with a sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom with a king size bed (or 2 single beds) and a full bathroom. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom with a king size bed (or 2 single beds) and a full bathroom.
The apartment is fully equipped. You can find basic items for cooking and enjoy a delicious meal. It has a washer and dryer (2 in 1), heating, and air conditioning. Additionally, it features cable TV and internet with wifi.
The Río Maule apartment has the distinction of being able to connect with another of our apartments: Río Grande, which has capacity for 2-4 people.

Las Condes is located in the eastern sector of Santiago de Chile, known for being one of the most modern and developed areas of the city. It also stands out for its safety, cleanliness and wide avenues that connect with the rest of the city. Santiago is a vibrant city with an extensive public transportation network, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Here are some options for getting around:
Public Transport:
Metro: The Santiago Metro is one of the most efficient ways to get around the city. The metro operates from 6 AM to 11 PM on weekdays and from 8 AM to 11 PM on weekends and holidays.
Buses: Santiago’s bus system, known as RED Transantiago, complements the metro network. The buses run frequently, and you can use the same Bip! card for both metro and buses.
Taxis and Ride-Sharing:
Taxis: Taxis are readily available throughout Santiago. You can hail one on the street, find them at designated taxi stands, or book one through phone apps.
