Nos gusto mucho Rukaza Lastarria, bien ubicado, limpio, y muy atentos para lo que necesitavamos (nos pidieron un al aeropuerto y tambien podimos dejar nuestras maletas el dia que nos fuimos/check out). Muchas graciaas

Good location & facilities. English spoken

Well located for general exploring on foot or train. Easy access from Santa Lucia metro station even with bags. Access behind cafe 339. Doorman had no English but directed to office upstairs in room 202 with friendly, helpful staff. Provided a useful map and power adapter. Full sized fridge with freezer, microwave. Everything you need but extra 1000clp to use hair dryer. Good hot water pressure for shower. Good quality towels provided. Comfortable bed but the sofa wasn't the best to sit on. I would be happy to stay here again.

A good place for the cost and neighborhood

This is a good place to stay. It’s a small functional apartment, great neighborhood, great price. Clean with 24 hour grumpy doorman. Not a hotel. A tad of noise from upstairs, tolerable yet it’s there.

Sudio calme et propre dans un excellent quartier!

Studio très bien situé dans un excellent quartier de Santiago, calme mais vivant avec de nombreux restaurants et un parc à proximité immédiate.L'accueil et la communication étaient faciles (beaucoup par Whatsapp), le studio propre et agréable.

La ubicación cercana al Hospital Clínico Universidad Católica es lo mejor para los fines de nuestro viaje por chequeo médico. Rukasa es un servicio básico con fallas notorias como lencería descuidada (sábanas sin planchar, toallas percudidas); sin previsión papel higiénico adecuada y cero atención al cliente durante la estadía. Numeración del edificio no está en el frontis sino por un lado así que hay que estar atentos...

El lugar se ve bien por fuera, pero el departamento está en pésimo estado, sucio, el baño lleno de hongos en el techo, la ducha estaba tapada y la cadena de la taza del baño no funcionaba. No posee aire acondicionado sino que un ventilador grande. El barrio donde está ubicado es bueno pero caro.

Boa localização, próximo ao metrô, supermercado e bares. Limpeza: um pouco a desejar. Pagamento: a responsável foi até o apartamento e tivemos a opção de pagar em dinheiro ou com o cartão de crédito. Má fé e falta de respeito.

Reservamos o apartamento das fotos, mas fomos acomodados em outro,MUITO pior, sujo, apertado e mal conservado. No box mal cabia uma pessoa adulta, e o ralo estava entupido. Na cozinha faltavam itens básicos. Na recepção, fomos informados que "o outro apartamento estava ocupado". Má fé e falta de respeito. Péssima experiência.

Excelente estadia em Santiago!

O local é muito bem localizado, no coração do bairro Lastarria e próximo ao Cerro Santa Luzia. Chegamos e fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Lucrezia (até falou em Português), o quarto era bem limpo e tinha tudo que precisávamos. Banho quente, cama confortável e ótimo wifi. Os únicos pontos a melhorar eram que o espaço do chuveiro era um pouco pequeno e que não há serviço de quarto, mas isso não afetou nossa estadia. Prédio seguro com recepção, tem uma cafeteria embaixo. Recomendo!

Apartamento super bem localizado, próximo a bares e restaurantes da melhor qualidade. Infelizmente, lhe falta manutenção: as cortinas e as paredes estão bastante sujas, faltam lâmpadas por todas as partes e muitas das que sobram estão queimadas e há algumas coisas quebradas.

Grea location, only about 500 m to Subway. Beautiful Restaurants,Street-Cafés, bars just around the corner. Still very quite when you want to sleep, not noisy at all. Apartment itself very stylish,clean, spacious and good WiFi. Within walkingdistance of all major sights.

The stay was very good for the price. A couple issues: It was warm at night without a fan or air conditioning. There was no welcome letter with general instructions about the place. As a positive: We felt very secure. The renter was very friendly. The location was perfect!
