Ive spent about 45 nights in hotels this summer, this one was in my top three. The coffee machine being available all the time was a big plus. The location was great, a three minute walk from the subway

Overall a great experience. The room was very clean, the people working there are very nice and hospitable, easy access to the room and the property at night time. Their breakfast too was very nice, scrambled eggs with cheese and ham can't go wrong. They have a fancy machine for all kinds of coffees, they have cookies ham and cheese bread yogurt orange juice. Will definitely come back to this one when I'm in Santiago thanks again.

We were a family of three (with a teenage kid). The room was a perfect size for us and the location was fantastic, close to a station and cafes and restaurants. The staff were very attentive. Whenever I messaged the owner, I received a timely response. The surrounding was safe to walk at night Though the breakfast was simple, they cooked eggs on the spot and yogurt was delicious! I highly recommend this place!

Me Tinka!

Wonderful stay at Tinka. Me Tinka!! Staff was lovely and the stay was smooth. Comfy bed and mattress. Everything I was looking for in my last days in Santiago. Close to the metro station, greatly mobility and the hotel is super techy. Rodrigo and his wife were kind all the time. I recommend the stay.

Very good hotel. Manager was excellent and very friendly. Dining area has snacks and coffee machine both freely available all the time. Only things it loses points on are the internet kept dropping, we had a room facing the road which was a bit noisy and cleaning staff only seemed to change towels so beds not made and bathroom bin not emptied. Would recommend. Handy for metro only 3 to 4 min walk. Plenty of restaraunts nearby.

From start to finish — EXCELLENCE! The trip was so much better because of the location, the hospitality, and atmosphere this hotel provided! Me encantó quedarme en este local. Muy amable servicio, atentos, delicioso desayuno, café y snacks 24/7 ! Me gustó mucho como está diseñado el hotel, patios al aire fresco, decorado bonito, muy limpio, la comodidad del hotel, sercas a todo tipo de negocio que uno puede necesitar. Mi estancia de tres noches en el Hotel Tinka fue fabulosa. La atención recibida por el Staff impecable. Quisiera hacer una puntualización para aquellos que piensen que es un hotel convencional no se lleven una decepción: El Hotel Tinka es un concepto entre Hotel y Hostel, enfocado para un público de entre 18 y 60 años, dado que no tiene ascensor. No tienen recepción 24 horas, y el espacio compartido es reducido, pero es un placer estar en dichas estancias, con suelos de madera y sillones muy cómodos. El desayuno es bueno, no hay una variedad enoooooorme como en otros hoteles pero lo suficiente como para quedar satisfecho, además el Staff te prepara huevos al instante, ellos friegan tu vajilla. También tienen café y snacks disponibles todo el tiempo (eso sí, tienes que fregar tú las cosas que utilices). El sistema de entradas y salidas es muy cómodo con un llavero que te dan, todo electrónico y puedes entrar y salir cuando quieras. A pesar de que el tiempo en Santiago no acompañó y espero poder volver, ha sido un placer alojarme en este Hotel, en el cual repetiré, dada su excelente ubicación a pocos metros de la boca de metro de Salvador y por sus excelentes servicios y staff. Saludos!
