Amazing hotel

The staff were very helpful, the room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The only slight downside was that the towels were replaced when I hung them up for reuse and the AC was left on by the cleaner all day when I'd switched it off when I left the room which goes against their eco friendly mission.

The hotel is very clean. The check in desk is a little confusing to find as you have to walk in a ways before you come to it and there is no signage. Staff were very nice.

The hotel is very nice.short walks to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was boring. No bacon's and not so much too choose to eat. The spa with massage was amazing. The pool was small and needs a totally makeover. The room was big,clean and loved the shower with high pressure. Bad wifi.

This is a great option, although there are no many, if you want to stay at the east side of the city, in one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Santiago called La Dehesa. The hotel is right across a nice shopping mall and with great access to a highway that cross Santiago from east to west. We did a day trip to a ski resort to enjoy the mountains and the great views. We also did a day trip to the beach. In short, if you are planing to move around La Dehesa or the east side of Las Condes, this hotel is a very good alternative. My only concern is that AC in the room was not working properly, not cooling enough. Few days were very hot in Santiago and the room at night was a little bit hot.

It has what I needed, good location for shopping, close to mall sport, easy to find transportation. What I didn’t like was the application to open the room. Not practical, specially when the internet was failing, please maintain the cards to open the room’s door.

Located near the road to the ski resorts and across the street from a nice shopping mall. The area is very nice, upscale, safe and a bit sterile compared to older Santiago where I usually stay. Hotel rooms are clean and well decorated. The breakfast was mediocre - and no good coffee options (I think important for many people). Hate to complain but …there is a machine with a touch screen that makes pretty bad coffee. Coffee pod machine in the room but I could not get mine to work.

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa. As camareiras são extremamente simpáticas e eficientes. O café da manhã deixou a desejar pela pouca variedade de opções e até pela qualidade do pão e de alguns itens. Também achei a limpeza da área de restauração ruim e faltou simpatia pelos profissionais que atendem as mesas.
