​The location is fantastic, very close to the Colonial Zone. There is parking available on the property on a first-come, first-served basis, though you can also park on the side of the street. ​Check-in was super fast, and they did require our IDs upon arrival. The AC in our original room wasn't working, but the host and staff were very kind and thoughtful—they immediately switched us to another room. We did notice there was only one towel for the two of us at first, but they provided a second one the following morning. ​The space is well-equipped with a TV, fan, and AC. The kitchen has everything you need: pans, a stove, a fridge, a coffee maker, and a sink for the dishes. The bathroom is a bit small, but a great plus is that the shower head has a water filter. A very comfortable stay!
