Beautiful hotel in the best location. Social hour was a great way to try local produce and meet other guests. Pool and gym very good. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful. Room clean and great AC. Walls are thin and at times could hear next doors TV and hair dryer, it was only short lived so did not need to change rooms, the hotel were amenable to this if needed. Casarre Restaurant is just around the corner and is a must.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
Unfortunately, our arrival experience did not meet the level of service we expected from a hotel of this category. The staff member who assisted us with check-in was not particularly friendly or welcoming, and the interaction felt very impersonal. There was no sense of a warm or special welcome, and overall it felt more like checking into an average hotel than arriving at a property presented at this level. We did bring our concerns to the manager, and we truly appreciated the way she handled the situation. She listened to us, understood our concerns, and offered complimentary breakfast for both of us. That gesture definitely helped make up for some of the disappointment we felt during check-in and left us with a better impression of the hotel’s management.
