"Hotel Italia e Lido Rapallo is a great hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was on the fourth floor with a beautiful view of the Rapallo Harbor there was a nice little bistro set on the balcony to enjoy the view and coffee or a cocktail it is centrally located to walk to all the shops and restaurants in Rapalo. The staff was fantastic from front desk to Housekeeping. We will definitely stay there again we had one of the larger rooms and it was still a little on the small side, but typical Italian style The only real drawback was the size of the shower. Similar to a small motorhome shower."

"We loved this hotel so much. The beach club area was perfection. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The service in every area of the hotel was excellent and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was delicious and again the service superb. We particularly loved our waiter Daniel. Breakfast was also delicious with lots of options and great coffee. "Property was ideal, central to all the beautiful sites of Portofino. Everything was there that we needed. We even had a small balcony overlooking a side street, which was v pleasant at the end of the evening. Breakfast buffet was lovely and how fantastic to look out over the square snd the water. Staff were charming throughout, so helpful. Good value. "
