"The apartment is nicer and bigger than the pictures. The outdoor space is private and perfect for a quiet glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen has a full refrigerator and microwave which I mention because they are not in the pictures. Teresa and her family are wonderful. Whenever we needed something it arrived that day. "This was my husband and my second stay in this wonderful home. Once again we loved every minute. The property is in a great location with fantastic views from the courtyard. "The pictures don't give the whole story, but the bottom line is: We would stay here again. First surprise upon arrival was the 36 stairs that we had to ascend with all our luggage. Second surprise was the odor inside the house. It was most likely from a combination of things. "This was a great property. The swimming pool was much appreciated with some areas in the shade depending on the time of day This was appreciated as we stayed during a heatwave . There is a shop and a superb restaurant within walking distance all be it up hill on the way home The only downside was the lack of air conditioning but plenty of fans provided Also there was a view of the sea but the nearest beach was 20 minutes by car All in all I would highly recommend"

"Alexis and Angelo were wonderful. The space is gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and it was easy to find. There was some loud music late night one night that made for a rough sleep but Angelo and Alexis made sure that it didn’t happen again. Casa Santangelo is a wonderful stop in Salerno if you want to get away from the crowds of the hotels with easy access to ferries, restaurants, and other sites. "
