"The staff was excellent. Simona went above and beyond in organizing my train trip to Monte Carlo and helped me buy the tickets online (websites were in Italian and French). Gaida was answering my airport to hotel transfer questions even before I arrived. Janie, the housekeeper, was incredible. The views from the Terrace (and Gabriel, the barman there) are great! Two areas of the facilities need attention - the main entrance revolving doors weren't working automatically and even though I stayed for a week, Iit was still not fixed by the end of my stay. The wall sockets for phone chargers or laptops, etc need to be modernized - need to be universal.or at least have a USB port. Otherwise, overall, a great place to stay! The staff make the stay a really fantastic experience. "

"My husband and I discovered the Grand Hotel Sitea when we visited Turin as part of a wine and food tour. The hotel had lots of old world charm and was well maintained and stylish. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and offered a wide range of wonderful food. We also enjoyed a romantic drink in the characterful lobby bar. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Turin. "

"Located near Alexandria park and close to the river Po, this hotel is newly updated, our suite was enormous and comfortable. Some suites also have clothes washer but not a dryer. Everything was very clean a.f appears brand new. There was some construction, the hotel did warn us of this but it did not impact on our stay. "
