"Property is in the middle of nowhere so it’s quiet and safe. Studio is spacious and very clean. Staff( the owners) are wonderful. Small restaurant offers delicious dishes. 15km ( 10 on dirt road) is Jesolo. Wild life is active( deer, foxes , birds). Overall very pleasant experience. Highly recommended."

"A very beautiful place in the country, away from the rush and push of Venice! Quiet, peaceful and cosy place. Very clean, comfortable and a very friendly host. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of quality food and great coffee too. The location was perfect for visiting Venice, with a local train station taking you straight there and back. No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise.
