"Customer service was outstanding! We mentioned that our first room had an unpleasant smell, and the staff addressed the issue immediately. They even upgraded us to one of the nicest suites we’ve ever stayed in, which made our experience even more special.
The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast featured delicious, traditional Filipino dishes. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed...
