The hotel is very dirty i find the rubish at all in the room in the bad in the toilet even they are no hot water and the room is very freezing. Bad bad horrible hotel.

Servicio no tan bueno pero muy buena estancia

No nos proporcionarían la dirección exacta del hotel y cuando llegamos al que salía en Google Maps no había nadie. Llamamos y nos dijeron que era otro hotel, que lo busquemos en Google Maps. Fuimos al otro lugar y tampoco había nadie en recepción. Volvimos a llamar y ahí ya nos dijeron que habitación era y donde estaban las llaves. El hotel era diferente y muchísimo mejor que el que reservamos en realidad, por eso mereció la pena el cambio y las llamadas.

OK stay for the price!

The thing that stood out at this hotel was the service and kindness of receptionist and host Donja. It was also an accommodating stay due to the porch space. Our room did not have as many windows as I would have liked. Along with this minor detail, I will also say that the humidity was a little higher than I would have liked. For the price, this stay was okay, but the humidity was a negative factor for us (we are being picky about this).

la situation est idéale pour visiter Fira et à 10 minutes à pied de la station des bus. L'établissement est propre, le personnel agréable, possède une piscine ce qui est un Seul défaut, l isolation phonique pourrait être meilleure.

Vale la pena por la ubicación

Había leído muchos comentarios negativos sobre este hotel y como llegábamos de madrugada, íbamos con un poco de miedo. Intenté contactar con ellos para avisar y fue imposible por teléfono (y no existe ningún e-mail). Al llegar nos encontramos una nota en la puerta, indicando el número de habitación y con las llaves puestas allí. Habíamos reservado una habitación triple, pero nos encontramos con una diminuta habitación con una cama doble. Dormimos como pudimos esa noche, ya que no había nadie en recepción. A la mañana siguiente conseguimos hablar con una mujer muy amable (que atendía en recepción y limpiaba las habitaciones) y nos cambió a una habitación doble, pero más grande y con plegatín. El servicio podría ser muy mejorable (para acceder a la piscina hay que ir a otro hotel a unos 300 metros) pero por este precio no se encuentra nada mejor tan céntrico en Thira. Vale la pena si se tiene un presupuesto ajustado para estar en una ubicación muy buena.

It was a great stay for the price, except for the fact that I got MULTIPLE bug bites whenever I would sleep in the bed. I kindly informed the manager for the next guest, but she insisted that it wasn’t possible because she had changed the sheets for our stay. My guess is that it was flea bites.

Va bene per un pit-stop

Recatami all'hotel Lignos dopo circa mezz'ora di attesa alla reception dove non c'era nessuno, riesco finalmente (dopo aver girato per tutto l'hotel ed eser salita sino al terrazzo dove stendono la biancheria) a parlare con una signora il cui ruolo era quello di receptionist e donna delle pulizie(???) che mi dice che la sistemazione per una notte non sara' al Lignos, bensì allhote Blue Sky, che si trova a circa 500 mts in direzione sud- Campeggio di Santorini. Camere spartane, servizi basici, ma almeno aveva un balcone. All'hotel Blue Sky c'è anche una piccola piscina,

Disgusting place but had friendly staff

Only wanted a room for 10 hours because we had a late flight. Thought we would leave our luggage and freshion up before heading to the airport. Our first room had damp wall and mild then changed rooms, not as bad condition but had smelly damp bedding and towels.

Hôtel Lignos?

L hôtel est fermé, on nous a mis dans un petit hôtel un peu plus bas vers le camping (et il a fallu le trouver a 1h du mat ) . Le second hôtel n est pas terrible

We never have chance to check-in,the front door was close and what greeted us is a notice posted to the door, that we have to go to the other hotel and so we did.The receptionist told us to wait 30 min. for our ride again to another hotel,then 3 hours past we still waiting and the receptionist already left,we tried calling their number, they would pick up and hang it up right away I guess the person from the other line dont know how to speak english.Very terrible experience,their staffs are sucks I would never recommend this hotel. I sent a message to expdia if I can get my money back. This hotel shound not be operating thier numbers are useless and very poor staffs.Forever negative star for this hotel, never ever get reservation from them, PERIOD...

The worst people "hotel" ever

Actually we booked lignos hotel but we didn't stay at lignos cos was closed. VERY VERY roude receptionist, she told as we have to stay at blu sky hotel they are the same owner because lignos is closed. Of course not far to heach other but the different is the blu sky is down the hill and quiet different location. I don't raccomand at all this hotel. We generally find santorini people unplesant, 0 costumers service and some of them aggressive and very roude ( bus driver, taxi driver, ticket man, hotelier, receptionist, shop people ecc ecc)

surtout n'y allez pas, vous retenez cet hotel en plein centre, ils font plus de réservations que de place dans l'hotel, pas de réception à l'arrivée, nous sommes dirigés sur un autre hotel par simple affiche, qui appelle le propriétaire ! nous sommes parkés dans un autre hotel en périphérie où il n'y as rien.

A éviter à tout prix : relogés autre hôtel éloigné

Cet hôtel est un leurre : il existe dans le centre de Thira mais nous n'y avons jamais dormi, comme d'autres clients : à l'arrivée il n'y a pas de réception, un papier épinglé sur la porte vous envoie à 200 mètres au Blue Sky. Et là mauvaise surprise : on nous a annoncé qu'on nous transférait au Blue Horizon en dehors de la ville. Donc nous voulions un hotel en ville près des restaurants et nous avons été grugés car il nous fallait 20 minutes à pied sur une route montante pour rejoindre le centre. Nous étions avec une personne avec un léger handicap et nous avons dû prendre des taxis qui nous ont coûté plus cher que l'hôtel et l'hotel a refusé de les payer alors que nous avions payé un hôtel central. Le petit déjeuner est ignoble et nous y avons rencontré des clients en colère : sur 13 clients, 11 n'avaient pas réservé le Blue Horizon et avaient y avaient été logés de force. C'est inadmissible tout comme la photo d'une piscine sur le site alors qu'il n'y a pas de piscine au Lignon mais dans un autre hotel, et idem pour l'offre de transfert gratuite qu'il est impossible d'obtenir. Donc cet hôtel présente un leurre : le Lignos bien placé au centre qui n'a que quelques chambres et réoriente les clients dans d'autres hotels qu'ils n'ont pas choisi. Ce procédé est inacceptable et le Lignos, ainsi que tous les hotels de cette société sont à déconseillés car vous n'y dormirez pas forcément.

Worst hotel ever with no pool! U have to borrow the neighbour hotel (120m done the road). They were overbooked & moved me around every day! The other hotels were ok! The hotel is very poor with basically nothing, just rooms, but close to the center! 1/10!!

가격에 비해 만족스러운 호텔. 그러나 호텔 리셉션이 리그노스에 없고 전화로 연락을 해야하거나 hotel blue sky로 리셉션으로 찾아가야지만 체크인을 할 수 있다. 스마트폰 지도 검색의 위치와 다른 곳에 있어서 찾기 힘들었다.
