An unforgettable trip to Oia thanks to the Pearl of Caldera. We had a fabulous stay. The view of Oia and the Mediterranean Sea was breathtaking, and the service was amazingly kind. This was one of my favorite hotels of our stays in Greece! Location is PERFECT! The view from the hotel is amazing and the staff were super friendly! We had an incident where we left our key in the room and even though it was 9PM, the staff was prompt to help us! The room felt tidy, although the bathroom did flood a little during showers but honestly we didn’t think it was a huge deal considering how great the pool and view was. I also have to mention breakfast (which is complimentary) was the best breakfast options we had and it was a full buffet with coffee of any choice. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and will be back on our next trip to Santorini!

Everything was good. We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights..the caldera view along with Mediterranean Sea was amazing…breakfast was private & very good. Hassan helped us for our delayed check in.. & the receptionist was very sweet, she helped me for directions first night & arranged everything with my delayed flight after hours late check in.. thanks to both of them .just following suggestions… 1. Pleas keep all cats away .. they scared us & enter in our room in the night. 2. Please add basic amenities like small microwave, Iron for cloths , small facial tissue box.

Great Place

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Initially there was a slight language barrier but we very quickly overcame that. Jola provided all the great hidden gems to eat at an affordable price and provided suggested many activities to do with the family. Sailing was the best! We chose this place because we wanted to be on the cliff side which was beautiful! One thing to note though trekking to hotel requires walking 130 steps down the narrow cliff pathway. Was worth every step!

Perfect location, the best views and incredible service. DO NOT hesitate and book now. The location is a few minutes walk from where the drivers drop you off after the airport pick up. The views are AMAZING, and give you the entire view of the caldera and sunset. The hotel is clean, cozy and stylish. Rooms are neat, and are like a little cave. The pool and deck area is everything you can ask for and picturesque. Best of all, the hotel manager Yola (SHES AMAZING) and her team provide a 5 star service, are very polite, fun, and know the best spots to eat. I lastly, the food at the hotel is fantastic as they have their own private chef. There are no negatives, worth every dollar. Can’t thank Yola and the staff enough.

The staff was extremely rude, threatening and lied to us several times. The hotel is listed as “adults only”, but there were multiple kids from different parties. When we asked the receptionist about the small children and talked to customer service, she became very mad and threatening and asked us to leave - without a refund.
