I would highly recommend, great location, great staff, and amazing rooms. I would recommend renting a car it’s only $100 for the week. You can’t go wrong staying here.

We arrived quite late on the ferry. The hotel arranged for us to be met and the process was flawless. The driver walked us to our room and made sure we were settled. The accommodation was beautiful and the amenities spot on. Our private hot tub on the balcony was truly a special treat. This property will be very high on our list for the next time we visit Santorini.

The staff was very responsive, attentive and very accommodating. Very willing to assist with places to visit and see. Georgia was so incredibly helpful and aided in providing airport and port transfers for me. Room was very clean. Bed was decent with wonderful linens. Above normal amenities were offered in room as well.

The room and hotel were stunning! Georgia and team were incredibly welcoming and helpful during our time on the island. We will be staying there anytime we return. Seriously cannot recommend enough. This was the best stay of our two week European Honeymoon!

Georgia, our host was was absolutely excellent at helping our experience be the exceptional time in Santorini that we had. The gentlemen on staff that helps with luggage and delivers breakfast was great as was the house keeping staff person.

Our experience at Symphony Suites was excellent. The room was nice. The breakfasts were very generous and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything went well. The one drawback for us was we didn’t have a car and the roads into town were not conducive to walking so we were at the mercy of the local public bus. The buses were fine for us, but the last bus back left at 9 pm. Overall I would recommend Symphony Suites. It is a nice place and they treat you well.

The property sits about 20 minutes from Fira. The transport company Symphony Suites uses is very reliable and friendly. Georgia was very helpful in setting up our taxis, giving us recommendations on where to go and making reservations for dinner. The rest of the staff make you feel at home. Loved the hot tub! The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great.

The room we booked was with a jacuzzi. It was a Suite and was huge. Georgia was in liaison with us prior to our arrival and had arranged for our pick up from the airport at a reasonable rate. All the amenities were fantastic Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini. The bus to Fira is available at just a 2 minute walk down the slope. Keith

I can’t say enough about this place. Truly one of the best resorts/hotels I have ever stayed at. Georgia made this stay the best as she was extremely easy to get a hold of, was helpful with anything we needed, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and see around the island. We stayed in the Iris suite (which I believe is also the honeymoon suite) that had an incredible view, clean room, and had many amenities such as a private balcony with sun chairs, an egg chair, and a private hot-tub. Every morning we had an included breakfast delivered to us along with daily room service. Those that cleaned the rooms also cleaned off the balcony each morning and serviced the hot-tub daily. All staff that we interacted with were very kind, helpful, and attentive to detail. The location of the resort was great as it was quiet and out of the busy cities.

We had a great week long stay here. Property was cleaned daily with breakfast and brought to your room. The view from our room was spectacular. This was a great place to stay for anyone trying to explore the entire island because it is in the middle of Santorini but not busy enough to feel crowded like in Fira.
