Designed for groups of seven to ten guests, this 200 m² luxury residence combines privacy, comfort and generous outdoor living. An independent entrance and private parking enhance the sense of exclusivity, while the landscaped gardens filled with fruit trees, herbs and olive groves create a peaceful Mediterranean setting. The exterior spaces invite long, leisurely days outdoors, with a stylish private swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sun loungers and parasols, and two dining areas ideal for alfresco meals accompanied by sweeping sea and countryside views.



Inside, subtle luxury meets Cycladic tradition through elegant interiors enhanced with modern design and contemporary comforts. The open-plan living and dining area features a fireplace and state-of-the-art entertainment facilities, while expansive windows frame the surrounding landscape and fill the space with natural light. A fully equipped kitchen allows for effortless meal preparation, and private chef services can be arranged upon request for an elevated dining experience.



The villa offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms with ultra-comfortable queen-size beds, complemented by two smartly designed loft bedrooms with double beds, along with two modern bathrooms. Guests can expect restful nights and tranquil mornings with views over the countryside and towards the village of Firostefani.



Each residence within the complex enjoys either a private pool or jacuzzi, reinforcing the property’s emphasis on privacy and relaxation. Housekeeping service is provided to maintain comfort throughout the stay, while additional services such as private chef experiences, transfers and bespoke arrangements can be organised at an extra cost. A security deposit is required, and any optional services or experiences requested during the stay are charged separately.
