"Staff were all lovely and really pleasant and helpful, room was cleaned every day and was immaculate, should you wish to you could have eaten your dinner off the floor it was so well cleaned!
We stayed in the modern luxury suite which was fab, staff were being helpful and considerate even before arrival, with good communication ahead of leaving the U.K
I would have no hesitation in recommending this as a base to stay while discovering the Island of Santorini.
Spiros makes the most perfect eggs...

"Air conditioner didn’t work. It leaked all night not able to have a restful sleep. The room was hot and musty. Specially after traveling for so long. Reported to staff. All they said is that they’ll report it to maintenance. No type of compensation was offered. I won’t stay here again: Cindy at the front desk was great."

"We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023.
Overall, the hotel no longer feels well maintained – at least not at the level one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In many areas, it feels like costs are being cut. One example...

"when I booked this hotel for one night in Santorini I was not sure what to, expect but getting there and went inside I was very surprised at the spaciousness of the room and it was like a studio and the price was amazing. The manager called us and asked if we needed help with anything. We had breakfast delivered in the morning!!! It was amazing. LOVE the place, very very clean and up to date. All amenities very included. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY"

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s away from the main tourist area and very quiet and peaceful. The view especially at sunrise is incredible. Everything was beautiful and clean. The host is very helpful. The way the rooms are designed, it feels very private and you can’t hear others. We loved the restaurant and bar nearby. It’s also easy to get a private transfer to get around for 20-30 Euros or you can walk 10 minutes into Mesaria to take the bus into Fira for 2,20 Euros. She owns a few cats...

"We stayed one night but it was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ordered via a menu that is sent to the staff and delivered to the room! Housekeeping was nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the private pool/patio was great.
Make sure to reach out a day before your stay to get check in information (date code, room instructions). We missed that instruction and didn’t have a way in. Luckily, the staff were easy to contact and housekeeping helped us get settled...

"Dimming was very helpful and knowledgeable. The outdoor pool is beautiful. Our room was good for what we paid for it. It was quiet and in a good location. Our only issue was the shower has a ceiling and wand but the knob to use the ceiling shower head wouldn’t stay on.

"Amazing place to stay! We spent our honeymoon there and it was beautiful. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning especially around sunrise or sunset. Staff was amazing, helped us with booking a sunset dinner cruise and also had transportation available all over the island!!! The outdoor pool was our favorite spot to hangout especially at sunset if we were there!!"
