"Quiet area and close drive to the towns. Easy check-in and check-out, receptionist was very informative about the area and recommended places to go. Breakfast was very good and the man serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful, would help with anything you needed. (His homemade banana bread was delicious.) Rooms were very clean and modern. Highly recommend!"

"Property has super comfortable new modern rooms with a large living/dining room and kitchenette. Nespreso machine was great! The pool was refreshing and the common area by the pool very quaint. "We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023.
Overall, the hotel no longer feels well maintained – at least not at the level one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In many areas, it feels like costs are being cut. One example...

"Friendly host who met us at check in and explained everything!
Free daily breakfast was a nice way to start our mornings and host made sure that we had it if we forgot to submit our order the day before!
Place was cleaned every day and amenities restocked if needed!
Would stay here again if we visit Santorini again one day and recommend to others!

"I came to the hotel to find NO ONE around to check me in.
Before I arrived I was told to notify the hotel of my estimated arrival. I messaged the hotel 2-3 times and had no reply. My flight had been delayed significantly so by time I reached Santorini my battery was very low. Once I got to the hotel, it was completely dark and no one was around to greet me. This was around 10:30pm. I had less than 10% battery.
At this point I was panicked. I called the number I found through Expedia. No answer...

"We stayed one night but it was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ordered via a menu that is sent to the staff and delivered to the room! Housekeeping was nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the private pool/patio was great.
Make sure to reach out a day before your stay to get check in information (date code, room instructions). We missed that instruction and didn’t have a way in. Luckily, the staff were easy to contact and housekeeping helped us get settled...

"Dimming was very helpful and knowledgeable. The outdoor pool is beautiful. Our room was good for what we paid for it. It was quiet and in a good location. Our only issue was the shower has a ceiling and wand but the knob to use the ceiling shower head wouldn’t stay on.
