The property was in a very nice clean and convenient area. Shops and restaurants were at a walking distance. I loved the quietness of the rooms. Very nice hotel, and extremely nice staff. Love the room service.!!

Not coming back

The HVAC must be cleaned immediatelly. The smell of mold was very strong even when the air conditioning was not running in the room. The smell was also strong on the 6th floor, during breakfast. One window was visible damaged in the breakfast room (see photo). Staff was very friendly but that was not enough to conpensate for the strong smell of mold.

Fizemos o checkin quando chegamos ao quarto era PCD e meu esposo não gosta . Solicitou a troca onde pagou R $372,00 para acomodar em um apartamento normal . Quarto extremamente sujo, persianas emboloradas, o Box vazando água. Experiência horrível em Santos e ainda com valor alto Hotel bem confuso

Achei o Hotel bem localizado, café da manha era muito bom, bem completo e o atendimento cordial. Porem o quarto cheira mal, um cheiro forte de mofo. Acredito que seja por causa da não vedação entre quarto e área de chuveiro. O quarto fica muito úmido e com cheiro desagradável.

Abaixo do padrão Novotel

Hotel bom, mas serviço de limpeza e academia ruins. Gostamos do atendimento da recepção e do restaurante. O café da manhã é excelente, o quarto é amplo e confortável. Porém, a camareira só apareceu para limpar o quarto depois de insistirmos duas vezes e, mesmo assim, foi após as 16h (horário máximo de limpeza segundo a recepção). A academia possui apenas uma multiestacao que está quebrada e não há ar condicionado, ou seja, horrível para treinar. No quarto, as cortinas estão mofadas e o controle da TV estava quebrado. Por ser um hotel de padrão mais alto, deveria estar tudo bem m excelente condição.

Estadia agradável. Quarto moderno, limpo. Chuveiro excelente, água abundante e controle de temperatura preciso. Edifício como um todo moderno e descontraído, elevadores rápidos e disponíveis.
