"The staff person who checked us in the first day was really not kind or helpful (we were there for a wedding and my husband's shirt got wrinkled in transit... we asked where we could an iron or a laundromat and she said no way, but there is literally a laundromat 500 feet away). There was a used shampoo bottle in the shower. We absolutely could not figure out how to turn on the AC and the room looked like it was from the 1950s. Stay somewhere else."

"I know it sounds like an exaggeration, but this really was the best rental we have ever stayed at. It checked all the boxes for us: It was spacious, the views were amazing, it was quiet, and it was in the most charming area. The host was great to communicate with, and the location is a huge plus. It's a short drive (10 min) to a downtown area for shopping and beaches, and only 20-45 minutes from major cities like Savona and Genova (Genoa). We wish we could have stayed longer and will 100% be returning to this rental in the future. "
