"Nous avons partagé un excellant séjour en compagnie de nos hôtes Soline et Mathieu qui animés par la passion de savoir recevoir. Le château offre de très belles prestations, un excellent confort et une décoration digne d’un grand château. Le jardin est agréable agencé et offre des espaces détentes conviviaux. "If you are looking for an experience, the Priory does not disappoint. The only room on the property for guests has ties to the Romans from the year 1070. The church itself is decommissioned, but continues to host concerts. Being from the United States, opportunities to be surrounded by such history do not exist. Paul, the owner is a wonderful host and chef. He speaks English quite well and loves to make his clients feel special and share his knowledge of the buildings freely. If asked if you...

"The building is a former church converted beautifully into a hotel. The hotel is minutes from the lively squares (Place de) full of sidewalk eating and drinking that makes Grand Poitiers (center city) exciting and entertaining. A shopping mall nearby and stores on every street. The Cathedrals were beautiful and quite historic. The train and bus stations are a nine minute walk to the hotel. Would stay at the hotel again when we go back to Poitiers."

"We stayed here for an overnight stop during a long trip. The location is excellent, conveniently close to stores and restaurants, and parking was hassle-free. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and made both check-in and check-out quick and easy. The room was comfortable and provided a good rest after a long day of travel. However, the hotel could benefit from some maintenance, and the breakfast offering could be improved in both variety and quality."

"Great location with parking on site if rebooked or public car park a few steps away. Multiple restaurants and bars outside the hotel. A lovely square and shopping 5 mins walk from the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful with directions and advice. Rooms were very comfy."

"To be honest, there wasn’t much to like although it was cheap. Pretty much in an industrial area, the rooms are adequate and clean enough but the Aircon was not up to the job and there were a lot of bugs in my room. When we were there the restaurant Was inoperable and we had to look for somewhere to eat on the industrial estate. I might have been more forgiving if they had rung to tell us this as we were arriving late after a long drive.I won’t be going back."
