неплохая трешка в шикарной бухте Ялонгбэй

Хорошее месторасположение,рядом центр,пляж 15мин.Отзывчивый персонал,всегда пытались помочь жестами и на пальцах(мы не знаем английского).Завтраки китайские,но голодные не уходили.

Nice surprise

Pleasantly surprised when we arrived in Sanya. Excellent rooms for the price and not too bad a location. The staff have poor English but we were able to get by just fine. Would stay there again and would recommend to others.

Pas très cher pour Sanya mais très décevant

Que du négatif ou presque. Quasi arnaque. Tout d'abord dans le message à l'hotel nous demandons un "pick-up airport" comme il est proposé sur le site. Personne évidemment. Heureusement nous parlons Chinois pour expliquer au taxi. Ensuite réservation stipulait "breakfast included", ce n'était pas le cas...des heures de discussion pour avoir gain de cause (à leur décharge, je pense que c'était une erreur de l'agence), car cela aurait été dommage de rater le seul point positif. En effet, le petit-déjeuner est peu varié et peu abondant, servi au bord de la route....mais il faut noter un louable effort pour nous occidentaux : Café correct, toasts et beurre. Personnel "voulant bien faire". Nom et WEB site trompeur.Sunny Sanya Family...RESORT" !!! Site montrant une piscine gigantesque !! 700 m d'une plage privée. En fait de resort ce n'est qu'un hotel 2* au bort d'une route assez bruyante. Pas de jardin, pas de piscine, escaliers et communs douteux et à rénover. Chambres correctes toutefois; 20 minutes de marche pour arriver à des plages privées d'hotel 5* où nous ne sommes bien sur pas les bienvenus. L'accueil de l'hôtel nous conseillant de squatter celle de l'hôtel Horizon. bonne suggestion, car la taille et le nombre de clients de ce type d' hôtel exclus tout contrôle. Mais ce n'est pas sérieux !!!! Bref nous n'avons pas payé très cher pour Sanya : Eur.100 / nuit pour une chambre 4 personnes, mais cela frise l'arnaque tout de même.

As this hotel does not own a private beach, the receptionist should either provide a local map or give advice to their guest enquires such as the directions to the place of interests. *It is advisable that the elderly take taxi to the beach( boarding charge of CNY8) .

since only one people for front desk. check in already took over 30mins. and check out also took another 30mins. system record took long time to verify ur booking. dont know its system issue or people quality issue. window view are very bad...only for electrical wire and other hotelˊs side door..
