"Great experience, we were picked up at the airport by friendly staff on time, the hotel is a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel property is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff was always welcoming, caring, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the rooms had air conditioning, hot water, were very large and comfortable. We stayed with them on two different occasions and we will use them again on future stays."

"This is a really nice hotel the rooms were basic but clean. The roof top bar gave this an extra something but bar far the best thing about this hotel was the staff, they went the extra mile to make sure your stay was comefortable, they greeted me by name by the end of the first day. It felt like a lovely family. If I am in Moshi again I will definitely stay here again! "

"The people that work at Stella Maris are wonderful and really set this place apart from other options. I stayed here for 6 nights around a Kilimanjaro trek and it was a very comfortable and warm stay. The staff are friendly and caring and it very quickly felt like my home away from home. "Ameg is beautifully landscaped. My room was spacious and well-appointed. The sidewalks were being re-done, which made walking in the muddy grass challenging for me. The staff repeated met me as I walked to the dining room to ensure I was safe. The food in the dining room was really good - I especially liked the lemon pepper chicken! "The pictures of hotels.com are deceiving. This is a tired, rough around the edges hotel. The manager was very nice but his restaurant staff need a lesson in customer service. Raw chicken for dinner. Sent back but the bill came anyway. The manager eventually partially refunded it. The cabana room bathroom was moldy and the entry door lock broken. There are better hotels in Moshe for the same price or less. "

"Is a very simple and quiet hostel. My room was cozy and small. The building is old and not too modern. The plumping can be bad. If you are not into luxury and you are a simple person and dont really care about materials then this place is good for you. If you are not like that then this place is not for you. Is located in the main road of moshi so it easy to walk around. The price is realy good with a simple breakfast. Its a fair deal. "
