"Casa do Campo de São Francisco is a perfect place to stay in Ponta Delgada. It's location is excellent; close to many restaurants, shopping and the waterfront and a convenient starting point for exploring the island.The hotel is an historic buidling and is beautifully decorated. The rooms are very large with comfortable beds and a sitting area. The breakfast is excellent and cooked by the hotel's friendly host and served in the beautiful dining/ sitting room overlooking the garden. Parking is right in front of the hotel and free after 7pm until 8am (60 cent euro/ hour otherwise). We loved our 4 night stay in this beautiful and unique 5 room hotel. We highly recommend!!"
