"The front desk Vitor was very rude. As if he was doing us a favor. There was no hot water in the winter season, the floors were cracked and causing extreme hazard, the shampoos and conditioner was half filled. Vitor did not try to help with our stay, even when we complained and called Expedia customer service. We had reservations and an elderly where didn’t have enough time to look for a new location and be ready in time."
