Overall great. The facilities were organized and clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room were clean and organized. They offer breakfast buffet, but we didn’t have the opportunity to try it. Additionally, it is close to the historic city – there was a festival in the city, so we had a lot of fun… The hotel also offers parking and there is plenty of space available to park in the sideways. A staff member was super helpful providing instructions for parking. I wish we had stayed longer…

No geral foi boa. O hotel é bem localizado. Como sempre vamos pra visitar familiares no centro histórico é a melhor opção. O cafe da manhã é muito farto e com muitas opções. Mas vou avaliar o quarto 318 que ficamos. O banheiro: a pia é muito pequena e como não tem proteção a água fica caindo. O chuveiro é muito, mas muito ruim👎. Se gasta muita água pra tomar banho. E o box vaza água para o outro lado. A descarga é péssima. A tv só desliga se desconectar da tomada. Este quarto precisa urgente de uma reforma.

Tirando as coisas relevadas foi bom.

Bom fiquei primeiro tres dias, viajei e retornei pois tinha deixado minha bagagem no guarda volumes. (isso 'um ponto extremamente positivo) muita gente fica ali a trabalho e aproveita pra viajar dentro do estado como ir aos lençóis maranhenses, então, saber que sua bagagem maior fica em segurança é muito bom. Café da manhã 'okk normal pelo valor pago pela diária, um destaque são as tapiocas que podem ser pedidas no restaurante e estão inclusas no café. Nos tres primeiros dias não tive problemas graves, somente o cartão que funcionava às vezes e que também não funcionava. Ah, acabei esquecendo, meu ar condicionado estava com problema , pra voltar funcionar tinha que tirar o cartão da parede esperar apagar tudo e assim colocar de novo. N segunda estadia pó voltar do lençóis, cheguei meu quarto estava sem toalhas de banho somente de rosto. Liguei na recepção pra pedir uma coberta e toalha e a resposta foi surpreendente "Deixa ver se tenho aqui" e coberta não temos mais ja foram todas solicitadas. Minha resposta foi: como um hotel desse tamanho vai ver se tem toalhas? como um hotel desse não tem coberta? Enfim, tivemos alguns problemas, tirando isso, tentamos relevar fui bem atendido. O hotel é estratégico. perto do centro histórico, mas não de mole na frente do hotel depois das 20:00.

Já sei onde vou ficar nas próximas viagens

O quarto estava limpo na chegada. A troca de toalhas era feita a cada 3 dias, o que é bastante adequado e ecossustentável. Para mim, café da manhã é fundamental, e o do Abbeville não decepcionou. Também usei uma vez o serviço de quarto. O atendimento do Misquita foi excelente, no café e no jantar.
