Achei o quarto muito simples e não aconchegante. Cama pequena e baixa. Só havia um criado mudo no quarto. A porta da varanda emperrava, sendo muito difícil abrir pé fechar. Não havia suporte para apoiar a mala. Quarto com muito pouca luminosidade, não havia um luminária central e acima do espelho. Os quadros estavam muito mal posicionado na cabeceira da cama, toda hora minha cabeça tocava na tela quando me encostava sentada na cabeceira. O telefone estava com chiado, o wifi muito lento. Acústica do quarto é horrível, conseguia até escutar a TV do quarto ao lado. Café da manhã bem razoável. Não há farmácias ou mercados próximo ao hotel. Poderia ter uma poltrona e uma rede na varanda, quem sabe ficaria mais aconchegante.

Boa localização, porém carece de melhorias...

O Hotel está bem localizado com alguns bons restaurantes ao redor. Durante a estadia, o elevador social parou de funcionar e após 3 dias ainda não havia sido reparado. O café da amanhã está abaixo da média. Havíamos pedido a troca de uma lâmpada no segundo dia de hospedagem e após mais de 24 horas que veio a manutenção. Na ocasião foi constatado um problema no ar condicionado e tivemos que mudar de quarto. O quarto oferecido era melhor que o anterior.

Hotel bom, confortável e com preço justo. Wi-fi funciona, mas é lento. O hotel é de frente para a praia de Calhau, uma praia bonita mas aonde você não pode botar o pé na água pois é poluída. É um pouco distante do centro, mas é um local bom para quem procura tranquilidade. O local tem alguns restaurantes próximos. Para quem quer entrar na água, desista: a piscina do hotel é pequena, não cabendo mais do que 3 ou 4 casais na área de piscina.

A única coisa que tenho a reclamar é quanto ao restaurante. Pedi uma cerveja , só tinha quente , pedi um energético, só tinham 4 unidades , substituir a torrada do filé por fritas , não podia, café da manhã sem variedades. Um hotel desse com uma cozinha completamente desprepara.

close to beach

The price via Expedia was very good considerably less than what is advertised in the lobby. The room with a view of the ocean also have to content with the noise of the road in front of the hotel, so I requested a room away from the road and no view. It was a quiet comfortable room. It appears that the hotel did not have many guests. The center of Sao Luis is pretty far away, although a bus could take you there, on the other hand the beach is very nice with lots of little bars and restaurants.

Foi boa. Contudo, passamos por alguns aborrecimentos. Em primeiro lugar, uma funcionária tocou a campainha do quarto por três vezes, depois de meia noite, para entregar um pedido que não fizemos. Depois, ao terminar a diária nos ligaram no quarto com a intenção de alertar sobre o vencimento da diária, quando havia passado apenas 10 minutos e já estávamos de saída. Foi desnecessário e constrangedor.
