"Breakfast was quite good as was the location. The room was comfortable. I really only have one criticism and that is the lack of towel hooks was made the bathroom facilities a bit awkward.. a simple fix. The driver they arranged to take us to the bus station was outstanding. We would stay again"

"Such a fun town. Kevin was great with communication prior to check in. Only drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't working and that wasn't disclosed to us until checkin, hense the 3* on description. Nicola, the property mgr. was great to accommodate with fans. Location was wonderful, quiet neighborhood, close to large grocery store and an easy 10 minute walk to the boardwalk with restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again."

"Sao Martinho is a jewel of a town and this place is close walking distance to everything. When the sun’s out, you couldn’t ask for a better place. Great yard with parking. Since it rained quite a bit during our stay, it dampened our visit. Again, we went during the off-season. Scott is very attentive and accommodating. Will go back to this place."

"We had a bit of a problem when we arrived. First, the property address was not entirely correct and our Google Maps and Apple Maps took us to a place about a half mile from the property. We did not have a phone number for Joachim and when we called Homeaway, they couldn't locate him immediately. We found the property on our own by cruising the neighborhood, but had no way to get in.
