The breakfast was probably the best one I’ve had since I’ve been in Brazil. Also had dinner there one night and it was great. Not standard hotel food. Obviously the restaurant is ran by someone who cares a lot about food.

Somente o café da manhã que é fraco demais. Os pães estavam duros e secos, sucos decantados e sem identificação. Peguei um achando que era de uva e era de beterraba. O resto foi otimo

O quarto era razoavelmente limpo... os pés ficam sujos quando saímos do chuveiro e andamos pelo quarto descalço. A TV era smart e dava para assistir streaming. O chuveiro tinha boa pressão. A cama é boa, ainda que os travesseiros sejam finos. O restaurante do café-da-manhã é fraco. Poucas opções sem glúten. Não há uma troca rápida de itens que estão faltando. Ainda assim, é uma das melhores alternativas em São Mateus.

Excelente estadia, gostei muito. nota 10

Muito bom, desde a recepção com uma moça que não lembro o nome, educada e prestativa, elevadores limpos e funcionando bem, limpeza nota 10, café da manhã muito bom, visibilidade do topo do hotel maravilhoso para ver a cidade, pena que não tive tempo de desfrutar da piscina, hotel há 12 km da praia de Guriri, estacionamento muito bom e seguro, recomendo para quem estiver passando pela cidade ou quiser ficar uns dias como ficamos, dos ultimos que fiquei o melhor é este, hotel novo.

Moça do café muito atenciosa.

Fomos muito bem acolhidos em tudo, mas quero destacar o cuidado e o carinho da moça que servia no café, ela está de parabéns. Quanto ao ar condicionado do salão, onde era oferecido o café, estava com defeito.

Hotel novo, mas pode melhorar.

As fotos nao condizem com o quarto, outros hospedados estavam reclamando na recepção no momento do meu check-in, e é real. Nao havia toalhas e o cobertor era de solteiro. Colchão muito mole. O cafe da manha foi peeeeeessimo pães duros, nao havia queijo, a torradeira estava entupida de queimado, frutas com cheiro de passado, nao havia café as 08:30 hrs, enfim... Atendimento muito bom, colaboradores solicitos, foi o que salvou.

Hospedagem rápida - viagem a trabalho

Hotel novo, limpo, roupas de cama e banho limpas, café da manhã variado, wi-fi com bom sinal dentro do quarto, tv com acesso a globoplay, netflix. Estadia de dois dias a trabalho, mas supriu muito bem e possibilitou descanso com tranquilidade e silêncio

Hotel ótimo com café da manhã pessimo

Hotel muito bom porém o café da manhã pessimo, daqueles que vc olha e não tem vontade de comer nada. Mamão velho de geladeira, presunto melado de velho, ovo mexido horrível, etc…precisa melhorar muito, mas muito mesmo, ou trocar a empresa terceirizada que está lá pois está queimando o filme do hotel.

Infraestrutura e conforto

Embora tenha uma piscina pequena, não há cadeiras suficientes para ficar após dar umas braçadas, para curtir e relaxar. O café da manhã, os produtos não foram na qualidade esperada, de frutas pelo menos frescas. Não esperava luxo e nem manjar dosnDeuses, mas um básico bem feito e de qualidade. O hotel é espaçoso mas mal aproveitado. Não tem áreas com infraestrutura para melhor recepcionar os hóspedes. Portanto, você é obrigada a ficar no quarto. Faltou um espaço planejado para convivência ou simples relaxamento.

Camas confortáveis , limpeza excelente , o café da manhã deixou a desejar , a área do restaurante é pequena em relação a quantidade de hóspedes . Nos horários de 08:00 às 09:00 era impossível tomar o café confortavelmente , poucos funcionários na cozinha o que dificultava a reposição e limpeza das mesas . Obs: fui em alta temporada - Carnaval .

Satisfeita demais.

Estadia tranquila, com funcionários cordiais e educados que se preocupam em lhe atender da melhor forma. O hotel e limpo e o quarto tem chero bom, assim como as toalhas sao trocadas diariamente. Wifi com sinal bom e estavel. O chuveiro é otimo, com ducha forte e bem direcionada. Valeu muito a pena ter ficado no Go Inn.
